The Masterplan of the Augusta Business Park is developed with constructed areas of 60,000 m2 above ground and 40,000 m2 below ground. It consists of a commercial building of two floors facing the main street. Above this commercial building, there are 3 more 5-story office buildings, and at each end two buildings are developed: a 20-story office tower and a 13-story hotel with an elliptical shape.
