Ibis Hotel next to the AP7 motorway.
The project proposes a distribution of windows on the main façade that shows the differentiated program of each property, on the one hand grouping them two by two horizontally in the area belonging to the hotel, and on the other, in the aparthotel, a large gap forming a square, thus finishing off the composition of the façade. The aparthotel project has not been built.
The building as a whole is divided into two properties with different activities, on the one hand the Ibis Mollet hotel with 118 rooms, and on the other the aparthotel with 30 rooms.
