The Project sets eight houses in four buildings of two houses, each designed with basement, ground floor and first floor.
Each building is made up of two twinned bodies, characterized by finishes of different materials and textures: natural stone, lime stucco, wood and iron sheet.
A conventional program of living-dining room and kitchen on the ground floor, and four bedrooms on the first floor, are complemented by parking and services in the basement, leaving all floors connected by a circular staircase and elevator.
The houses have been equipped with shutters with rotating slats and lattices with fixed wooden slats to protect from the wind, filter the light and give privacy to gardens and private pools.
The gardens of each house are framed by native Mediterranean vegetation that lead the lawn to the golf course, visually blurring with it.
