Next to the Zona Franca neighborhood, in Arquitectura street of l´Hospitalet, this series of housing blocks is located in an environment of affordable social housing built in the 1960s.
It is sought to provide these new buildings with large terraces running along the entire façade and to make this the compositional element that stands out in the framing of its structure that delimits the skin of the façade. The staggered play of the railings that define each of the dwellings, either with metal bars or with glass, confer individuality to the cubicles that frame dividers that are integrated into the whole design. The formation of this forceful grid makes any artifact or furniture that users may have on their terraces go unnoticed.
