This hotel is developed in a mixed tower, where on the ground and first floors it meets the commercial use of a large area, and from the second to fifth floors with offices. An open technical floor separates it from the lower uses up to the thirteenth floor where the hotel use is located, this allows for the roof to develop into a terrace, a solarium and a swimming pool. With this solution, it allows the hotel to stand out from the set and formally differentiate itself with an independent and exclusive image.
