Office building with three floors above ground and two below ground.
The project solves the building in such a way that it enables it to have both a corporate and traditional multi-tenant modular office destination. The fact that we can combine office modules of 220 m2 allows a very interesting versatility and flexibility for companies in constant evolution. Exceptional ratios are also achieved in the ratio of the sunlit surface and the work area, so that significant energy savings can be achieved. The arrangement of the core of stairs and elevators enhances the best use of work surfaces as well as great versatility when it comes to having an open or compartmentalized space with offices, all perfectly illuminated. Like a jewel, the glazed façades appear as consecutive facets of the same compact body and at the same time with the subtlety that a good combination of noble materials such as glass, steel and natural stone confers.
